Hi, any news on Marley? x
BBKM
Sorry to read Marley is still missing. With no sightings she may have been taken in by someone or may have a cosy den somewhere. Try and check any sheds, old buildings etc at areas where she is usually walked. Lost dogs tend to move about at quieter times such as dusk and dawn. Good luck, I will keep checking here in the hope of a sighting soon x Stay safe Marley xLast edited: 2012-01-27 00:51:49 by BBKM

I am sorry to find that Marley is still missing, I've walked around most of the centre of Gateshead, covering Saltwell Park, then along Sunderland Road to Felling, nobody seems to have seen her. Somebody must have taken her in, keeping her safe till she is reunited with her family, hopefully very soon.
Jill
Put up as many posters as possible and if someone does have her she will be recognised. Worth a visit to the kennels because sometimes people don't make the link. I will continue to spread the word and I am handing out posters. Hope Marley is home soon x

Hi Jill my dad has been searching all local areas daily we have continued to use facebook and all other sources daily but there's just no response my father is a well known man in the area as is Marley because he is always out and about with her, just don't understand there being no sightings of her. No matter what though we will never give up and we are all greatful for the help x

Hi bazil marley was last seen on the estate behind gateshead high street, since she was last seen there has been no reported sightings of her so we think someone has her. We thought maybe she had been in an accident and rang the local councils but nothing reported there either, we ring shelters and kennels and warden numerous times everyday but like I said seems she has vanished!! We just hope if someone does have her they will return her to my parents who are lost without her. Thanks to all for helping us in our continued search for Marley. X
Jill
Somewhere behind Gateshead High Street, Bazil. Owners father walks Marley for a couple of hour each day often into Newcastle. Not sure where to look but I have been putting posters up to spread the word x

Hey There, I've shared it on the missing page I used to get my dog back http://www.facebook.com/groups/188299384565660/ There are quite a lot of people on there and quite often people post about their animals. It took me 12 days to get mine back but trust me if you keep persevering you will get her home. Will let you know if I hear anything and i'll keep my eyes peeled for you. Good luck x

Shared on FB. I am in both central Gateshead and Newcastle tomorrow, so will keep an eye out for Marley, but hopefully she will be back home before then.

Sorry to see that MARLEY is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (36483)
  • Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
  • Keep us updated by keeping your dog's page up to date and check for posts from helpers who may have suggestions and possible matches or sightings
  • DogLost is free and anyone asking for money to find or return your dog is not volunteering for us. If you are concerned about an approach you have received, please email admin@doglost.co.uk
