FANTASTIC news it was Lucus in the kennels. Sorry for the delay in updating.

Have had an eventful past few hours and it was great to witness their REUNION.

When I went to the kennels I took a few photo/s and sent a photo to owners who confirmed it was Lucus. RSPCA also contacted the owners. Owners have only had Lucus for a month and had no transport, but got a taxi (driver waited for them). Owners also took Lucus some food which was very touching they were over the moon to get him back and so thankful to everyone. Lucus went mad in the kennels when he seen his owners (who are students studying in Liverpool). It is great to see owners and missing dogs when they are first reunited.

Owners are so lucky as Lucus was past his 7 days in the kennels and there had been a lot of interest in people wanting to REHOME him.

THANK YOU to the staff in Halewood RSPCA for your help and assistance this afternoon.

Have great pleasure now in moving Lucus into the BLUE. Welcome home gorgeous boy sending you lots of hugs and cuddles. xxx

Spoken to owner now, they do not have transport and do not know the area. I am going to the kennels now and will ring them back once I've seen him. x

Lucus maybe in Halewood RSPCA. Just spoken to the staff and they have a BC picked up on 20.01.12 from the right area and he is described as approx 12 months. I've also put his details on the RSPCA facebook page. Will follow this found one up. Keeping everything crossed it is Lucus.

Tried to contact owner, no answer so have left a message.

Details updated and colour changed from black & white as he is a Tri coloured. He has been missing since 14.01.12 and could of been rehomed if gone through the system and kennels not checked or visited to check he was not there, hope this is not the case. I will be calling into Halewood RSPCA this afternoon.

I think L7 is the Liverpool area. Definitely don't think it is Kensington, London.
