Lisa I can't thank you enough for stopping to help Deena and also the guy who took her to the vets. Just so pleased that she is safe xx
I'd also like to thank everybody who helped search for Deena you are all stars xxx
Lisa
Glad Deena has been reunited with her owners! Me and my friend found her this morning when she wandered out infront of my car! She looked so scared and cold and dirty. I stopped because i couldn't leave her! We were on our way to work on Rougham industrial estate. I grabbed her as there was a big arctic lorry coming down the narrow road and she was walking in front of it! so i flagged a guy down in a van to see if he could take her to the vets for us just to make sure she was ok. Bless the guy because he accepted as soon as we asked. We drove on and luckily we saw the poster.
Thank god for this site as we would have had no chance of finding her family! Glad shes save and well and now nice and warm out of the cold :) big cuddles to Deena xxx

Brilliant news. So glad Deena is safely home.

Absolutely fantastic news.I couldn't believe it when Helen said that she possible had been found, so drove straight over to Gt Barton and spoke to the gamekeeper who said she was definitely back he had seen her !!! Thrilled to bits for Mike and family and will have great pleasure in taking down posters. Have a good rest all of you who have been out searching relentlessly and dear Deena who must be so pleased to be in from the cold. God bless you all and no more exploring badger setts you cheeky girl. xxx
Jinny
Such fantastic news!!!!!!!!! we never dare hope would come given the weather and all circumstances considered.
I have just discovered Dog Lost due to Deenas families traumatic weekend - wow what an amazing group you are - am delighted to join you and would be pleased to offer help should anyone need in this area.
When my husband told me he had a call to say Deena had been found I logged straight in here to check for any update. It is an amazing support service you offer that enables us as friends to keep up with the situation and keep family lines free for essential use.
So many tears have been shed but today they will be ones of happiness, I hope and pray other owners will see this situation too !
Cant wait for Deena to come looking for my biscuit tin - theres a big cuddle waiting.
Take care everyone - keep up your fantastic work !! xx

I've just spoken to the owner and he had a call this morning from someone saying he had found Deena, she was found only about 300 yds from where she went missing!! It seems that was possibly down a badger set as she is covered in sand.....but is fine and very pleased to see her dad xxx

Welcome home lovely girl, your dad can now have a well earned rest!!!

DogLostHelen - Regional Co-ordinator - Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridge
Yes traceyjane please contact anybody you can think of in the area especially gun dog people. If they have an E-mail address can you send them a poster, they may well have already heard about Deena but it doesn't hurt if they hear about her twice!
traceyjane
have googled....there is a suffolk gun dogs web site...does anybody think its worth contacting them...:/....im kinda new to this ...mayb someone has already thought of it....x
traceyjane
because Deena disappearance was so peculiar .and there has been absolutely no sightings ..i believe even her owner mick is thinking she may have been taken....does anybody kno if there is a gundog website type thing....if so thought might b worth listing her on there and say that a reward is being offered....if she was then offered to anyone in country they would be able to report it...just a thought....i think quite alot of money will b paid for a good gun dog....:/x

Just got back from postering. The family are out in force searching the surrounding countryside. This is a very rural area with very large fields woods and hedgerows, not easy to access with a car. Deena is getting very well known, all the dog walkers I gave flyers to knew she was missing.I do hope they have some news soon they are absolutely devastated that she has not been found and no sightings. Stay safe little girl xx
