- Other Info Bertie escaped out of the car after it had broken down.He ran into a field then there was a possible sighting in Russels Water HES WAS WEARING A RED COAT he may of lost it though.BERTIE DOES NOT KNOW THE AREA!

- in the rush of getting Burthy (Bertie) registered I didnt realise he is chipped tagged and tattooed so other than suggestion of a harness for the car it is all covered!! I must say little Bertie was so cute on the way home...What a relief!Last edited: 2012-01-30 21:45:08 by Shereen

- Glad you found him so quickly .. polite suggestions .. please get him microchipped and also you may be interested to know that you can get little harnesses specially for the car.

- We found him!! he had followed a walker this morning who looked for quite a while and then took him home,while owner and I were looking we came accross a lady with horses who had seen him last night near her field and then again walking with the finder still wearing his red coat,she told me roughly where this person lived so we knocked on doors until we found him and Bertie was there!!Thank you so much to the finder for keeping him safe.and to the lady with the horses!XxxLast edited: 2012-01-30 13:37:54 by Shereen

- I was alerted to Bertie tonight by LP (Thanks LP)Bertie went missing around 4pm today he hung around the field for a while but some kind passers by tryed to help but it scared Bertie.
Owner does not have a car running at the moment its in the garage so we need as much help as possible on this one please anyone who can look in the Cookley Green/Russels Water area.Ive just got back from looking with owner but we didnt see him: ( .Ill be taking owner back out in the morning for another look and get posters up.I will email local holding kennels and add an alert to Doglost Oxfordshire Facebook page.
