Animal Coinnexions: Have just received news that Sharon from Millvale Animal Sanctuary was attacked today on the road side while tending to the animals at the sanctuary. Sharon had been in her van getting food for the animals when she heard a window smash. She turned to go see what was happening and before she knew it she was pushed ...back into the van and... the doors slammed shut. At the moment I don't have all the details but they stole her bag which contained £300 she had withdrawn earlier to go and buy feed for the animals.She also had all her bank cards etc stolen as well. Whilst the loss of the money and everything else is traumatic, Sharon is much more upset because they also stole one of the rescue dogs....a smaller type female Rottweiler called Masie. Masie is an old dog with poor eye sight and totally deaf,and a little on the thin side from age. If any one knows anything about the whereabouts of this dog or if you find a dog fitting this description please let us know asap.
