FANTASTIC NEWS - Zira was handed into a local vets and has now been returned home. She has also got a nice new microchip :)

I asked the owner for an update and any more information and she said that Zira slipped the lead and they have had no news since Friday. I went out to have a look around Southborough Lane and I didn't notice any posters, however I was driving. I will text the owner to suggest more posters. I have advised her to contact all rescue centres, vets dog wardens, postman, shops etc, but I really think that there need to be more posters.

Any news ? Do we know where owners have posted or contacted ? any sightings ?
Dog Walking Bromley
I have tweeted about her and put her on my Facebook page - I walk in Jubilee Country park nearly every day, will put the word out, I guess you have put posters up at local vets? I live at Bromley Common & will also ask around Norman Park. Good Luck x

I've just printed out a poster to give to the Last Chance shop in Chatterton Road. Plenty of dog people shop there so hopefully will keep an eye out for her. Hopefully she'll be home soon.

Cresteds are not easy to catch once they are out there, they often go into hiding and when spotted they bolt! If you get any sightings I would advise that you place a covered crate near the sighting with her own blanket inside and check the crate very early in the morning. If there are any building sites or similar nearby be sure to check them and put posters there too. I know it is really cold but have known hairless be out for 3 weeks in these conditions and survive so I am sure she will find somewhere to hide out. Any sightings please take care approaching as they really are fast, always try to block exits rather than trying to catch the dog.Hope you find her soon x

I am in bromley, so will spread the word about this one.

Poster heavily, as much as the snow is bad for a little one to be missing , it will make it easier to see a dog out and about as the roads light up more.

Hopefully someone has picked up so posters need to be done .

Pray Zira is home soon cx

Hi - really sorry to see your dog is missing, the good thing is she's so attractive people will notice her. I live in Chislehurst, so will walk your area with my dogs for the next few days, probably taking the route of Southborough through to Blackbrook Lane. I will also poster. I have a doggy friend in the Cloisters and have texted her to keep her eye out and spread the word. Keep safe Zira, we're coming to get you. Heidi x

Hi, really hope that you find Zira soon. I live in BR2 and from your location, I am guessing that you live near the Southborough shops. If so, poster all around there and visit each shop to tell them about Zira being missing. Also, make sure that you contact the Bromley Dog Warden to see whether she has been picked up and reported as found to them. Am sure she will be home soon, she is a relatively rare breed that would be easily noticed if found.
