- Thank you so much PFK, I know Rosie's owner will so be grateful for all the help you have offered.
I do hope that she has been picked up and is warm somewhere. When I spoke to her owners family this morning they had received the posters and information and know how important it is to get her well known so hope that we get some news soon. xx - 2012-02-07 17:07 PFK
- Owner contacted. Two of us popped down there today for about a hour..couldnt see much as all white with snow and the lakes frozen over,we had a walk in the area last seen but she could have gone anywhere as its farmland and ditches all around.
No sign of any`posters at all but well worth doing I think. its very busy with lorries visiting the gravel workings and motocross peeps at the track next door, all from out of the area and who could have picked her up. Evidence of dog walkers too.
Its also a very dangerous area with part frozen deep water with steep, loose banks so it is quite possible that she perished within minutes of running off. The undergrowth is not dense so fairly easy to spot a dog in hiding unless it was under the ice or deep snow. - 2012-02-07 09:11 Auntie Katie
