I agree that I Frosty is too brown round the ears and nose and although Joe maybe a possibility, from the picture on his poster, he does not look hairy enough. If anyone wants more information just let me know.

Im going to email this to the Blue cross tomorrow re Joe. I think the found dog has a kinder expression and is slightly more fluffy but you never know ! I will also to be on the safe side send the photo to where fROSty was stolen from too, the staff on both rescues should remember them !

Similar looking to dog 33237 Joe and 27238 Frosty, both previously stolen.!

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
