- We have watched this dog tracking around the field between Bayhurst Woods(near the picnic area seats)& Newyears Green Lane from 5pm this afternoon. The dog comes to within about 10-15 feet & barks. We could not get closer to him,he then goes off into the distance but returns. The above photo is very similar to how he looks.Fawn, smooth haired,no fringes or feathers, perhaps a lighter chest bib.He is wearing a dark collar, thinner than the usual Greyhound/Lurcher collars ,unable to confirm whether he has a tag but I don't think there is one.Tall & slim, not emaciated but ribs showing. Will go back tomorrow with Pichards etc to set up a feeding station in a good spot. Have informed other dog walkers & Dog Warden etc will be notified tomorrow.
