I am so very sorry. She is a beautiful, beautiful little girl. And note I say "IS" because she is still your girl and is in heaven now, safe from harm. I think she managed to get herself to the school as she knew that is where you could find her. If she had been hit somewhere else, it may not have possible. Your mam and all of you, will be in shock for quite a while; it is very hard to cope with such a tragedy. I truly believe that sometimes God has to take our little ones quickly without pain because they are special. Please know that little Ellie has earnt her little wings. She will wait whilst you and your mam continue to earn yours and then you will all be together again - this time, you will never, ever, part again! God bless you sweetest Ellie, and your loving family, forever. x

owners daughter post...Amanda Normanton
...Poor Ellie was knocked over outside of my son Ben's school yesterday. Poor liitle thing was only 2 miles from home. Out of all the places she must have been over the 6 days I can not get my head around how she came to her end there. I was able to take her to my mam to say a proper goodbye. Mam is totally devasated and in shock. At least Ellie is not frightend anymore and she's at peace under Rainbow Bridge. RIP Ellie. xxx

hi just had message on fb from lady who said she defo saw ellie few days ago opp her house tuscan road, thorney close (round from hasting hill primary school) she gona tell neighbours, friends, ive informed amanda who cant get to postering that area till tomora so fingers crossed someone else see ellie,lady got owners contact number just incase, xx

As well as the possible SIGHTING of her yesterday on Commercial Road, Hendon when her owners went to this area looking for her and postering a lady in a garage thought she may have seen her wandering in this area as well but couldnt be specific as to which day she saw the dog.. A local paper are calling to interview her owner who is disabled and will hopefully be putting an article in this weeks edition. Twinks can you please confirm when the article does go in the newspaper this week ( and name of the publication) and I will then 'bump' Ellie up again for the media coverage.Thankyou !

hi thank you, im posting as owners daughter isnt registered but her contact number above, no news yet owners daughter & family been out looking & postering again today around hendon area of yday possible sighting, they already postered hylton rd & chester rd, they contacted kennels, dog warden, police & vets, sunderland echo going to do article for ellie hope it brings the news they waiting for,photographer goin tomorrow, fingers crossed xxx

hello, so so sorry to see Ellie is missing, I am in SR4 i walk my do in local cemetery and the surrounding areas so will keep an eye out. I do hope she is found soon. I hope she is home soon, i can only imagine what your mam is going through. xxxxx
