- Where Found SIGHTED ONLY running down Leigh Road - crossed the entrance to Howe Bridge Sports Centre but disappeared out of sight before we managed to get a photo....went to look on the fields but no sign of dog

- Other Info Dog is very tall and extremely underweight, ribs protruding quite badly, would guess he/she has been lost for a considerable amount of time....Currently have travellers in the area could this dog have been transported from further afield?

- I have added a picture of a similar dog although the one sighted is much thinner and the black patch to his/her side is a lot smaller, hope this helps in the re-uniting process x

- Hi Paula, We saw him at 13.10pm today, he ran up/over the hill in front of the sports centre towards the terraced houses and literally disappeared, we drove down the street and then back round to the fields behind the cricket club but no sign, then drove up to the car park at the other side of the church and overlooked the fields again no sign, he/she looked so very thin and rather bedraggled. Have contacted dog warden but they said they cant do anything unless we had the dog secured, they just dont have the funding to go out on patrol anymore :o(
