I'm just so pleased this stunning girl is home. I do have a soft spot for pointers and I have an irish setter who sounds very much like Yvie, off with his nose at any given momenl, they certainly keep us on our toes :))) x

Just rang the breeder Karen and great news - they have just found Yvie. She was spotted on the route to home and as Sandra started to walk back along came Yvie.

Thanks Jayne.

I have just spoken to Sandra who is still out searching the area for Yvie. She was spotted about 40 mins ago. Yvie should be able to find her own way home and I have spoken a little about scenting and how to behave if they see her. Posters are going up in the area and I have recommended to get them up on all exits of Ashworth Valley for walkers to see to help bring in sightings.

The dog warden has been contacted and local vets and I have recommended contacting the chip company and a trip to Manchester Dogs Home over the weekend if Yvie is not home by tonight. I will send the email with advice and scenting instructions asap.
