- Well done Tinkerbell, you checked up on that boy dog. If everyone did that, we'd all be better off. I am so sorry you have no news. Something has stopped her getting home; just wish we knew what. I am at a loss as what to say. She could well be with someone who doesn't want to give her back, or someone who simply doesn't realise they are doing wrong by keeping her. If it was her in that accident, then I would suspect she did not suffer, so pleased don't worry about that aspect. I just wish we could find her for you. But, you never know. Sometimes we get amazed when a dog suddenly pops up somewhere. Still in my thoughts - all of you. x

- Hi, just got an update on the lost male yorkie I was talking about, I have just got a text from the lady who found him and they found the owner later in the day yesterday and it actually belonged to someone from down the road whose dog had got out.

- Hi, I am Gemma's owner. Unfortunately we have still not found Gemma. We put loads of posters all over the area and at all the entrances to the park and all around redbridge roundabout area where one person saw a small dog run over on the day she went missing and heard nothing atall until yesterday Sunday when we had a call from somebody in barkingside saying they had just found a small yorkie and it looked like Gemma as they had seen the poster. My husband and son went round and it was a boy yorkie. The people said they were going to the police and taking the dog to a vet today. I have tried calling them today to check what has happened to the dog and they were not available so I have left a message. I want to make sure they took the dog to a vet to check for a microchip etc. I see no mention on this site of anyone losing a male yorkie yesterday in Ig6 so not sure if anyone knows anything. Thanks Kimmybear for still thinking of Gem and me and thank you rottiesnstaffs for calling today. You actually spoke to my son, I would have liked to have spoken to you as I was out but I do not have your number to call you back. Strangely last night I was looking at found dogs and came across the found yorkie you were talking about possibly being Gemma. I called the number today and the lady who deals with it was at a seminar all day today so not available to speak too so I left my details and am waiting for a call back. My son also called the number not realising I had already called. We do not think it is Gemma and Gemma is also microchipped but no harm in double checking. We are now noticing loads of our posters have been taken down so really annoyed about that and may call the council to see if they took them down or could someone have Gemma and be taking them down. It is just so upsetting not knowing what has happened to her. Various calls I have made people do not even bother to call you back. Thank you to all at dog lost for your continued support.

- Tinkerbell, you are most welcome. Owner has received lots of posters from the insurance company so is postering all around the area now. Post all along where she was seen on the streets next to the park. It is very possible someone picked her up right there! If you stick posters up, they will know who to call. With any luck you may hear something very soon. Don't poster sparingly - you need to really get in people's faces to make an impact, okay? You go girl! Come on Gemma, where are you Precious? x

- Hi I am the owner of Gemma and I just want to say how wonderful the area co-ordinator Kimmybear has been. She has helped me no end with emails and texts and given me loads of advice, so thank you so much for all your help Kimmybear as it is so appreciated at this really difficult time. I have other dogs but Gemma is our oldest dog and much loved and my children are really suffering as she is their childhood dog and they are so close to her. It is the not knowing what has happened which is just so heartbreaking. She was seen on the day she got lost on the streets next to the park and we still do not know if she was involved in a RTA at redbridge roundabout or not. We so hope not. Will be putting posters and leaflets around everywhere tomorrow in the hope we get some news.

- Have bumped due to possible RTA sighting.

- Advised owner that Highways Agencies and councils do not scan dogs found on road, so owner has has contacted them. No dog found at Redbridge roundabout and husband went searching the roads. Owners have been trying to obtain CCTV on roundabout where the RTA occurred, although at this point we do not know if it was Gemma. If I've got this right, the police advised a fox was found, but its little body was too far gone to have been recent. Gemma's owner was informed by a friend he saw the accident happen and it could have been a yorkie. No reports of an accident involving a dog have been reported to police, and that is a crime not to report it. Please can any helpers search around this area to help owners, and poster the large junction at underground station roundabout. There is no direct access to the lines from this area unless she walked thru the station access on her own. Owners need to check where the lines become visible in case there could have been access somewhere else. However, we still need to focus on Valentine's park, and, she could have been picked up. Suggested getting Gemma in local paper and radio if possible.
