CJ Myself and another person did ask Lacey to come on here and to read your email.

Lacey has not been back to the FB page since March 4th about 7pm. Her final posting was about the finder getting in touch and confirming it was Minni. Quite a few people have asked for an update but Lacey has not come back on the page thus far. (This is just to update you here) thanks. Last edited: 2012-03-11 09:18:03 by reggiemollieros

I hope owner will post on here as i do not have time to check all the various facebooks that are set up for many dogs.

Maybe you would ask her to respond to my email if she wants help.

These are some of the points i raised............

I have read your posting and you need to get together evidence

i cannnot see that Minni is microchipped- is that correct??

did you report her as missing to dog warden? Did anyone report her as found?

do you have any papers etc like innoculations from your vets which give dates etc to prove how long you have had her.
do you have photos as well?

you will need to take all this to the police and explain what has happend.
They should then ask vets who now has the dog as i would hope they would have taken details and also asked questions to prove ownership.
Could it be that the dog was actually chipped to someone else and they have returned Minni to that person?
Lots of questions which need answers in order to give best advice.

Which vets is this?? where are they??

Lacey has posted on the Facebook page which was set up for the original 5 missing dogs from Eltham about Minni and the vet situation. She was going to visit the vet today but she has not updated since yesterday. I told her to come and check on this page for any updates. I hope she will check in with you soon. https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/393798330635126/Last edited: 2012-03-05 15:36:48 by reggiemollieros

Agree no point in asking RSPCA. I did send an email to you offering advice ?? Did you receive it?? I used the email address used to put Minni on site a hotmail one??

Has Minni been reported as lost to Dog warden ?/ if so suggest you ring them for advice

please check email and respond- i am checking with police contacts whether you can also go to police.

what proof of ownership was given to vets in order they gave Minni to these people? Did they perhaps find a microchip? Please advise which vets so can maybe ring to get more information

How long have you had her and what proof do you have? Such as innoculations certificate or vet records photgraphs etc.

Oh dear. I wouldn't think the RSPCA would get involved. How long had you owned Minni? Is there a chance she could have a microchip suggesting a previous owner? A lot of stolen/lost dogs ending up in homes with unsuspecting new owners.
LaceyNewman
ive bin told to call rspca what do you reacon ?
