- This lovely boy has done his 7 days and been signed over to me, but he is on foster at a friend's kennels nearby awaiting the right home. He has put on weight and is looking very fit, and he seems to be even younger than we thought, maybe closer to a year than the 18 months we guessed at first. A possible home is being considered with a local family.

- Thanks all ! I have been in contact with Woodys owner both when we first heard about this dog running loose and also since he has been caught. Due to the significant identifying mark the found dog has we don't think this dog is Woody but I am awaiting Woodys owner to email me further photographs of Woody so we can check more thoroughly.

- I have spoken with a member of team alfie black. Alfie does not have the found dog's identifying mark, and found dog does not have Alfie's bit of white under chin.

- The dates don't fit as this found one was loose around the M1 for a few days before we caught him on 29th and Alfie 37597 didn't go missing until 1st March. But you are right, a dog on the M1 could have been dumped from elsewhere.Last edited: 2012-03-05 22:41:55 by Owl

- Could this dog be linked to the lost dog 37597 by any chance. He could have been picked up and callously dumped.
