- Thankyou to all at dogslost for the amazing job you all did in finding Harvey. And most if all pointing us in the right direction in re to placing a story in the northern echo. Which resulted in the much anticipated safe return of Harvey from a family that found Harvey and looked after him in their caravanfor the week. The reunion was very emotional with the children. Even if Harvey didtry to get back in the family car of the man that found him (think he enjoyed the caravan/holiday away from his wife Molly far too much. Needless to say Molly was overjoyed to have her partner back. Can't stress enough just how grateful we are for all the help u all gave. And we shall most definately be spreading the word about dogslost. And have also registered so are more than willing to help if needed in the search of other lost dogs. We shall be sending in a reunion pic of Harvey his wife Molly and our son. Once again a big heartfelt thankyou to u all Pam Jane and the lady help in Chester le street big slobbery kisses from Harvey as well xxx

- The finder called Head Office when he saw the article about Harvey and his family in today's NORTHERN ECHO and Harvey's owners are extremely grateful to the NORTHERN ECHO for allowing them the chance to spread Harvey's story over a wider local area. I would like to thank the NORTHERN ECHO for giving these owners this chance and I just wish more local papers would help dog owners in this way and we would almost certainly see more dogs being reunited with their owners and also a big Thankyou to the finder for coming forward !
Once the finder has returned Harvey to his owner we will be delighted to move him over to reunted ! Last edited: 2012-03-26 11:59:41 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire - 2012-03-26 10:49 twinks

- Harvey had managed to escape from his garden but a lady living a short distance away managed to lure him into her garden and thought he would be secure there but he somehow managed to escape from her garden too and since then there has been no sighting of Harvey since 7 pm in Patron Street. His owners have only lived in the area a short time and are really desperate for local help and advice. They have done lots of postering in their village and ones nearby and are worried he cold have been picked up by someone passing through. His microchip is a German one but it has been registered with Petlog. If anyone has found and taken him in they will hopefully report this to the dog warden which they are of course required to do by law or take him to a vets to be scanned for a chip. Hoping Harvey is back home again very soon xx
