Brilliant news but please please please get your dog microchipped if you haven't already done so and just take care and don't leave him tied up whilst shopping as he can be easily stolen as he is just so beautiful. Stay safe Spirit.

Really pleased to reunite. Owner a phone call last night by someone who had seen Spirit on an allotment. Owner went round and couldnt see his dog but called Spirit, and out he popped . He has a cut foot but other than that OK . Im glad he is home

Spirit was advertised for sale but that ad has now been removed. If Spirit is more than 4th generation cross he would not need to be registered as a wolfdog and would not have to be chipped.

On to it Jayne, I think there is more than one ad on Gumtree, one for sale that is not Spirit, one of him missing and the one that you have forwarded to me which has now been removed which needs checking out with owners. That is the next step.

Weird...as a copy of ad was sent to admin....have forwarded to local co ordinator...and it say s in the ad the dog is called Spirit...but I am just looking at what has been sent to us via email...not gumtree as have no idea how to use it

Agree Jobadger, and shoul'nt this lad have been microchipped if he is part wolf? However which bus was he possible seen boarding and where was it's destination as that may narrow the search area.

Think owner has elimianted Gumtree ad. It also said dog was chiped in advert.

I have spoken with owner they have seen this add and say its not Spirit... I have had a good look as well and does not appear to be a match :(

Looks like the same dog as in Gumtree. Person was seen getting on a bus and in the advert the seller says they don't drive! Worth getting in touch with.

Hi Sue can you please check out the dog in Gumtree, 10 month old wolf dog, male. I've tried to compare the pics but the dog has it's head down. Worth a look anway.

This ad was spotted in gumtree by one of our eagle eyed coordinators. Ive spoken with owner and had permission to put on DL . This dog will get very ill if given anything other thsn fresh meat . There has been a poss sighting in Coate water area of Swindon. H e has probably been taken in locally so needs to be made too hot to handle !!. If you dont report a dog you find, he will never be legaly yours and you have committed a crime !! There is a reward offered for this lovely boy, please look out for him.
