- Great News!!! I have just spoken to Ashlands Vets, and he has been claimed by his owner who is on Holiday from France - so a huge relief he was caught by the little girl as he was quite wary, and clearly wouldn't have found his way home :)

- thanks millmoo for ensuring this boy is safe and well done to the little girl finder!
could it be someone on holiday?
postering is a great idea- did anyone manage to get a photo of him at all?
have also messaged one of my french friends to see if she can say anything about the number on the tag- could it be a pet passport number?

- I was the person who took him to be scanned. A 9yr old girl had managed to catch him nr Norwood Terrace/Fenton street. He may also have been sighted on the Burley House field. I'm local, and have a dog, but don't recognise him.
He definitely belongs to someone, as he's a real poppet, looks in good health, and happily settled in the back of my car and looked out of the window with no fuss. I've told the village shop, and will put a poster up in the vicinity tomorrow.
He's not neutered (apparently) so suspect he was out looking for ladies :)Last edited: 2012-03-28 22:33:50 by Millimoo - 2012-03-28 21:44 Minigirl - Area Co-ordinator, West Yorkshire
