- This dog is in my care under Guardian Angels Animal Support. I have contacted the son of the owner and will be taking Paddy back home right now. Well done Dog Lost for putting him up as despite calls to Richmond Council and Battersea Lost Dogs line nobody married up the lost and found details from yesterday afternoon!.....disgraceful
