I am delighted to say while we were out searching for Tara following the sightings of a GSD on Dodworth Road I had a call from her extremely relieved owner to say she had been picked up from the Dodworth Road area and taken to Cliffe Kennels !! She will have to stay there overnight now but will be returning home tomorrow ! Tara please stay safe from now on and enjoy the rest of your life with your new family who I could tell think the world of you already xxx

Try contacting Dearne FM- 01226 204040 they have been fab in the past & cover Barnsley Area. Ive already x posted via Facebook. Abbey Vets are on Dodworth Road too. What a busy area to be running scared in.

Tara is a rescue dog and has only been with her new owners for 2 weeks and is very nervous and timid. She was out on a walk yesterday at around 9.45pm when she was spooked by a cat and slipped her collar and ran off.
Tara is microchipped but this may still be to the rescue as her new owners have not received any paperwork through yet. The rescue are aware that Tara is missing and I have given her owners the number for Petlog so they can explain the situation to them.
Hoping this girl is found very soon x
