- Oops have phone owners too ! Owners are sending a photo into us ASAP.
They will be contacting the dog wardens and stray kennels in the morning and are postering. The owners have heard that someone is reported to have picked a small dog up and were asking who it belonged to so hopefully if this was Lulu they will have kept her safe and will contact the dog warden in the morning which of course they are required to do by law.
