This is so fantastic! Thank you Jan for your text earlier. Did a lot of praying for this one last night. So glad it was a good van with good people that stopped! Well done to finders and as Jayne1 would say, DogLost rocks! Well done all of you! x

Brilliant news. Glad it had a happy ending.

Jamie is back home safe and well and just had a bath. Thanks very much to everyone who helped in looking for him and to Allison and Jake who found him. They were going home to Borley from Gestingthorpe and saw him on the road, cold and wet. When they got him home they went on doglost website to find out what to do with a lost dog and saw Jamie's poster so got in contact, so it worked well!

Jamie was found at 2,o' clock this morning he jumped in to a van which stopped in Bulmer to catch him. He is thankfully none the worse for wear just a bit grubby.
Jan his new owner has just been to collect him and is very relieved to get him back.
I do not know the details of the person who found him, Jan may add this later.
A big thank you to all who helped. Mike.

Ok I will contact her/him directly. I have friends that live in Bulmer who will be keeping an eye out for him whilst walking their dog and another friend who has horses at Smeetham Hall, also keeping an eye out. Can't get out this morning but will be out this afternoon having another search of the area.

Janey, really? Guess it is possible then. Jamie's "rescue owner" may have trouble posting on here and from texting tonight, I am sure she'd appreciate you contacting her. Thank you so much. x

Where abouts in Suffolk is he from - he's actually really close to the suffolk border - only a mile or two so could be heading this way. Please let me know if I can do anything - will put up posters and spread the word locally - but I am more than happy to help searching for him and have loads of animal loving friends that I can round up if need be. I'm in Ballingdon Street in Sudbury so very close. Will keep checking the page for updates.

Spoken to rescue owner of Jamie and his brother - this is a very sad story. They have lost their owner and have been taken into rescue to be rehomed. Jamie is lost and scared in an area he does not know - he comes from Suffolk. He may be trying to get back home to his owner. I'm not saying he will get to Suffolk, but I do think this is what he is searching for - so I suspect he will form a triangle circuit once he calms down especially if his brother is at the place he was lost, he will think and I hope try to get back to him. I believe he has been sighted but have no more details at present. Very rural area. This little dog needs us, so does his brother. Thanks. x

Hi Mike, good to see your post. Remember as well he could get stuck somewhere as he is little and do everything in the email I sent you. The key is in making him incredibly famous so everyone knows he is missing. You can do it! x
Mike
Thank you Janey for your help and support. Have put posters up in vets locally and Rodbridge picnic place, Barfield Bridge, Brundon Lane (both ends).
janey
Have driven out for a look around the area - might be worth checking with the vets at Catley Cross if no one has already 01787 269006. I am only about 5 minutes away if there are any further sightings or updates.
