- Im not sure if you've managed to speak to the owner yet but apparently this dog was reunited by the animal warden to the owner and has since been rehomed?

- Something not right with the area details, E14 is docklands area East London.. Islington is a (N) postcode (N1, N5) maybe the area is Highbury New Park N5?
