- Spoke to owner, Casper may have been taken from the garden. Next-door-neighbour does take her out for a walk when they want to but owner has spoken to them and they say they have not taken her. The garden is enclosed and she has not got out before. Owner has contacted the Police and will call the DW, vets and chip company tomorrow. I have suggested radio and the paper and owner has asked the taxi firm and they have put it out to the drivers.
