thanks so much for all your help guys we had a call of a friend he had been spotted in a feild a 10yards away from the house hes ok hes very smelly and lost some weight but im sure hes going to put that back on and a nice clean bath ,,the wife is crying and the kids are chuffed and nicky is so happy xxxx thanks all so so so much xxxx

yeah we have owl for the last few days we have been doing that with loads of friends from the area all looking under bushes and at the bottom of gardens everywhere we can think of we have had no sign

markpugh, if Jasper has got out and had a wander round he may have simply got lost, in which case he may be sheltering under bushes. You need to get some people on the ground searching your local area (quietly and calmly so as not to alarm the little chap) as well as postering.

Also please contact Many Tears they may also advertise Jasper as missing on the webpage www.manytears.co.uk and the more that are aware Jasper is missing the better it is!

Please ensure the posters are put up everywhere this has been posted on Many Tears Animal Rescue Centre based in Carmarthen) website, so these posters MUST go up!!!:-

"If you find a stray dog in Carmarthenshire the Council have confirmed that if the finder of a dog wishes to hold onto it as opposed to pass it onto the Council or a rescue, it must be held for 28 days before it can be kept by the finder. The finder must however report it to the Local Authority so that the information is on the website as the owner may be looking for it. The dog warden would also need to carry out a home check and ensure the dog is in good health."

we got a bit of a fright today when the local radio reported a dog being thrown on a rail track i instantly thought it was jasper i rang the police and they confirmed it wasnt jasper the dog was a lot bigger

we have to wait till monday to get the posters printed but will be gettin them out then xx rang around everyone today all the vets and all dog pounds and rspca and police again but still no reports i have left my address and phone number so they can all get in touch with me if anything comes in ,, trully gratefull for all your help xx

thankyou everyone for your support xx still no signs in hoping he hasnt been picked up and kept and that no one is sad enough to keep an autistic lad away from his best friend ,,,,,its hard enough for us just to loose Jasper let alone the pain that Nicky is going through now he has hardly slept last night and still wont stop crying ,,i opened the back door this morning as im up for work at 4.30 just to see if he was waiting to come in left it open fer ages just to see if he would come in but nothing ,,,,i hope hes ok and when i ring around again after that i find him xxx still this dog lost site has been a great help in helping us to try and find him xx thanks loads guys xxx

Thank you for posting markpugh, i know that everyone will do what they can to help you find Jasper. Put posters up EVERYWHERE!! so many have been found through putting posters up!!
Contact dog wardens, rescues, vets a bit further afield too.

I hope you find Jasper very soon

thanks loads for all your help guys ive posted it all over fb ,,looked everywhere all day with a team of friends and still no sign ,,ive rang the police,,nearest pound and the council a few times today they have told me to try again in the morning ,,,,,the worst one is our autistic lad nicky the dog was bought for him 2years ago and they have spent every day together xxx he was sitting on the door step singing really loud i went out and he was in tears crying and singing i asked him if he was ok and he said ''im singing loud so jasper can follow my voice home '' just wish we knew he was ok xx
