I am so pleased you have your boy back home, where he belongs. I am sure Jake will soon settle down, just give him time, plenty of tlc and tasty morsels. I think this must be a very stressful thing for any dog to go through. Stay safe now Jake. Keep us posted.

Had a most welcome call today from one very happy owner to say Jake is HOME, woo hoo so so pleased for his family they have done a great job searching for him and have been checking kennels regularly.

Jake was spotted being walked by a man, one of Jake's family members just happened by shear chance to call into a shop in the Tuebrook L6 area when he seen him. He approached the man and Jake was handed over, the man acquired Jake from a friend who had bought him. The man was pleased to see him go home and has looked after Jake very well, the man has even been in touch with family to see if he is o.k. His owner said Jake is a little subdued but I have said it may take him a little time get back to normal.

They will be getting him CHIPPED a.s.a.p. and I have advised they consider getting him NEUTERED as well and given advice of where to contact as there was a scheme not so long ago and SBT's etc were being NEUTERED/SPAYED FREE.

I was looking out for Jake today while in Halewood RSPCA. Have great pleasure now in moving him into the BLUE. WELCOME HOME gorgeous Jake sending you a big hug and cuddle. xxx

No more reported sightings of Jake, family did visit the area in Croxteth Park Estate.

I looked out for Jake in Halewood RSPCA last Saturday. Family have also been calling into the kennels. x

I've had an alert of a SIGHTED Staffie on its own today on the Croxteth Park Estate looked very similar to him. Passed details onto Jake's owner. x

Spoken to family who have contacted all the right people and some of the rescues in the area. They are contacting Halewood RSPCA (which is where he would be taken) and also visited the kennels. Jake is not a dog who normally wanders and he got out unnoticed. Have given family advice and will email further info/advice with contact numbers to try. More photo/s are being sent a.s.a.p. I'll start sharing his details shortly. Keeping everything crossed he is back home soon. x
