The brindle French Bulldog shown in Battersea Dog's Home on GMTV is now in the safe and caring hands of the French Bulldog Welfare Society. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I watched GMTV this morning. There was a feature about how pedigree dogs are filling up Battersea dogs home these days. There was a little brindle Frenchie shown. I know how rare they are and it crossed my mind that it might just be one of the little ones listed on Doglost. So I thought I would add this note - just in case there is some hope.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner has been to Argos unfortunately their CCTV is not working. A local pet store though recalls seeing the dog there. Owners postering the area-couple described as being "rough" and not your usual Frenchie owners.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sighter suggests you poster Asda just opposite as she is sure the couple are local and would shop there-she will be keeping her eyes open in the area.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Millie moo! Have informed owners-they say the dog on site looks the spitting image of theirs but theirs has a white bit on chest-real photo will be e mailed to us tomorrow via prontoprint as they do not have internet access-they thank you for your vigilance and will be postering the area tomorrow. This is only 1 and 1/2 miles away from where Taz disappeared from-well spotted!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
