Bazil my first thoughts were Woody the Sprocker too. However Woody does have some white on his throat and is microchipped. Rest in peace lovely boy xx

If its chocolate all over its possible a cocker spaniel. Poor little fellow lets hope his owners are found and they can lay him to rest. Probably been running and gone over the cliffs ?
