Just to clarify, NN7 is a Northants dog kennels where a lot of strays from across the county are taken. Please check, incase your dog is there!

May I suggest you look in the found section and look at dog no 38399 ads I think he looks like the dog you are looking for and he has been there a while evidently/. NN7 may not be near you but evidently covers an extremely large area/. Worth a look anyway asap for peace of mind/. good luck/.

You can click reunited dogs and search the name Mickey
but this is what I meant 'Spoke to owner, There are a group of foreign men going around the area and stealing dogs and then selling them on to make money. They sold her dog for £40.00. Fortunately, the person who had brought the dog came forward and the owner gave her back the £40.00 she had paid.'
It could be the same people have taken Tyson, not a definite but a possibility as so many have gone missing in this area
I think Mickey's owner was on the Animal Lifeline page, I'd suggest getting in contact to see if they know anything that might help you
I'm sure you have been postering lots etc but maybe putting something about if you've bought a dog recently and the reward would help (people might not make the connection of a lost dog) x

hiya emma louise we did hear about that but when we got there they were no dogs around the area as we started in that area and walked round shouting him but there was nothing and thank you 4 letting me no hun xx

Spoke to owner. They are working really hard to try and find him. I think an ad in the paper is the next thing. Hopefully someone will come forward with news soon.

Please check the City dogs home at bucknall every couple of days. They have a very high turn over of dogs :(

ive contacted the animal lifeline an they said hes not there ive rang everywhere i can think off but because its the weekend any so many can help till morning thank u every1 who is helping me find my dog an yea his from bentilee an thanks again xxx

Hi have posted to my facebook and sent emails and texts to folks I know in the area. Can you adivse the Owner to Contact Animal Life Line as if someone has picked him up they could have taken him to their Cellarhead Premises. They will not notify you.

Spoke to owner, they will contact DW tomorrow and start to poster as well. Have advised they contact chip company asap and update the details. I have mentioned the radio and local paper. They have posted him on Gumtree as missing and have also given them a couple of other sites to do the same on.

• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
