Ellie's owners, keep your chin up and keep going, she will turn up. People are right, dogs do turn up well outside the area that they went missing, so chase up any lead and all RSPCA kennels and all rescue centres. Some have pictures on the websites of the dogs they have. I hope she turns up soonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owners Please don't dismiss any dog which might remotely be yours. Descriptions of found dogs are often misleading, breeds and even sexes are given wrongly - at times. Also it is not unusual for a found dog to be moved 150 miles away to be held in a pound having a contract with another area. Again - please check anything possible. - ValLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

hi, me and my partner are ellie's owner. thought we'd give a little update. Unfortunatelly, still not found ellie, we have had possible sightings which we have responded to but no joy to date. J MO: in relation to ur question, its the same area but not same road, she escaped from our car whilst parked up for few minutes as i went into a shop (left window open as it was hot day, but locked car....dont believe she was stolen). WHIPPET: thanks, checked found dog website, but area is too far away. ANGELITA: we try all the kennels in area on daily basis and also the vets, but no luck so far. Everyone else, thanks for you thoughtsLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Rainhill is nearer to me than I thought so I will be able to poster Ellie as well as the Staffie Lady. Was Ellie lost or stolen. If stolen, she is probably in Liverpool.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
