Welcome home Buddy, posters work even in the rural areas. Thank you to the neighbour who heard his cries. I wonder what they intended to do with him.....

So pleased he is home. Shame on the neighbour, they have no excuse.

Reply from owner, Buddy does wander occasionaly but only for a short time, never overnight like this. We are hoping that somebody picked him up and now the bank holiday is over they will be able to have him scanned although his contact details should have been on his tag.

If picked up this dog could end up at St Giles Kennels in Somerset, or Woodlands farm strays in Dorset. The owner needs to notify both dog wardens. Also give King fisher vets and Girling and Bowditch vets a call.

Email sent to owners, very rural area so a bit like looking for a needle in a haystack. I hope Buddy finds his way home soon.
