POPPY UPDATE

WE'VE FOUND HER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOUND BY A NICE LADY IN CHADDERTON AND RETURNED TO US AT 2.OO THIS AFTERNOON.............SOMEONE'S CUT HER HAIR BUT SHE'S FINE AND EXCITED TO SEE EVERYONE. XXXX

Last night a neighbour from across the road of where she went missing called to say her friend was going home throught the estate at the same time poppy went missing and a women in a silver car stopped her to ask her if she had losted the little dog she had in the car with her as she had just found it on the estate. But as it wasn't hers and she didn't know poppy was missing at the time she had only just been able to let us know. She didn't have anymore info.

Please can you help a lady has just knocked on the door and said her mum has just picked up a yorkshire terrier in the area poppy went missing. The mum has called the dog warden and I have no further details is there anything you can find out many thanks

Poppy has a heart condition and will be needing her medicine. Don't know if this will help as its not a visual thing but just incase.

Ok thanks for letting us know. She had a pink collar on when she went missing but if someone has picked her up they could of changed it Thanks for keeping us in mine tho.x

I've just heard back from the Animal Wardens and unfortunately no further info is known as the dog escaped before they had chance to attend.

The finder did say that the dog had a burgundy collar on if this helps.

Been alerted by Glynafon that a yorkie has been found in the M31 area. It's a bit of a distance but the Animal Wardens have a tendency to register where a finder lives and not where the dog was found. It doesn't say if male or female and I'm having trouble getting through to them. I will send them an email to ask for further details, they are usually quite quick at replying.

Speak to the postmen that cover the estate they know every dog on their patch and may be able to guide you in the direction of where Poppy is...

We have seen a small boy on the estate taking down the lost posters. He was on his own which leads us to believe it wasn't a silly act by a group of kids messing about. We believe she is still on the estate and some one has her. She is a very young friendly dog and will approach anyone and everyone for a cuddle. If you know anyone on the charlestown estate area near the fourways rounderbout please ask them to keep and eye out for someone who has a small dog now who didn't before saturday 5th may. Thank you
