So so sorry you got your wings Betty, shine bright and fly high over rainbow bridge where you can play in the lush green grass with the sun on your back and the feel the cool breeze through your fur. Your soul will be where it's always been....right by your humans side, some bonds are never broken xxx

How awful. My heart goes out to them. I have a whippet cross and other sighthounds and I cannot imagine how devastated they must be. Bless you little one....have a wonderful time at the Bridge. xxx

Totally heartbreaking. I am so very, very sorry that this was such a sad outcome. My thoughts are with the family at this distressing time. Gone to the bridge way too soon, but run free, beautiful Betty - plenty of rabbits there to chase xx

This dear little girl has just been found by one of owners friends out searching. Betty had broken her neck after running into a fence . Its a terribly sad outcome, and understandably owner is devastated . No one could have tried harder to find their dog, Sleep in peace now Betty dream of bunnies, my thoughts are with your family .XX

Thanks Animal Magicand Unicorn for spreading the word. Ive emailed Teckells , Cheltenham Dogs home and the S glos DW as well. Ive suggested owners contact Wilts DW as well, as right on boundaries. As of tonight Betty is still missing, her owner has been out all day postering, knocking on doors and doing loads to find her lovely girl

DO hope she's found soon, I have shared this on one of my facebook groups, the Gloucester Horse Riders Group. They have lots of eyes and ears out in the country and can only help to find her soon.

Betty went missing last night with her mother after running into a rape field. Her mum came back,and sadly Betty is still missing. Owners have contacted the DW and the BEeaufort hunt, so all farmers and landowners will be aware. Sending out advice sheets now
