- An owner filled in a form for K9 West Mids but did not put correct contact details on..her name is Nicole Reilly and lives just around the corner from where dog was found.Everyone trying to contact her via facebook to say dog is safe but no responce yet,fingers crossed she sees something somewhere and gets in touch with warden
