- Cassie was taken in by a man late at night the day after she went missing. He took her to vet to be scanned but the chip didn't register. So he looked after her at at his home and asked around, and got the number from someone who had seen a poster. It seems we were on the right track last night, she had gone down Brecks Lane and got lost. She was finally picked up near Ridgeway.

- We have been tracking Cassie this evening. The trail led out of Listerdale Woods through some rape fields where we think she became disoriented, on to Breck Lane, through some disused allotments and eventually to Dalton, onwards past ASDA and MacDonalds and through to the path running alongside the River Don, heading into Rotherham. Please keep eyes peeled along the river banks.

There has been no news of Cassie since she went missing. Her owner has searched Listerdale Woods thoroughly for her and has contacted the dog warden, Mount Pleasant Kennels and has been postering.
