- Just spent a couple of days on Darwin's trail. We had 3 sessions for Darwin and it seems he isn't as far away as we had expected. He was last seen running up along field near the A1090 heading north, but Wispa found a trail which led westwards off that road, through fields and over a railway bridge, through rape fields where there was a lot of scent, and to a tiny village called Owl End then into Great Stukeley, round by the church, through a cul de sac and on to a footpath through fields. We ended up in fields round the back of a business estate not far from Tesco, which is not far from the road Darwin lives on if you go by footpaths. It's much further round by road. Basically he seems to be hanging round the fields adjacent to Great Stukeley and in fact has described a loop which gives us the impression he has a bearing on home and is trying to reach it. Plenty of v young rabbits about. Some of the Darwin trail went in and out of rape crops where he is short enough to go along the bunny paths. Wispa is too tall to follow and gets tangled up in the plants.

- Hi there I have tried phoning the number on the poster but it says it is unavailable. We saw your dog crossing te road at tesco and crossed both roundabouts and went up towards kings ripton. We followed him along with others to try and rescue him but he was so scared and frightened he just kept running. We followed him alerting any on coming traffic. He finally run into a field on the right hand side of the road so my partner and I along with 4 others stopped to see if we could see him in the field. He had made it to the otherside of the field when one of the men spotted him. My partner and two others went over but they couldn't find him. We tired phoning the police but they said that they were unable to do anything and gave us the number for the dog warden but was told that unless we caught the dog they wouldn't do anything about it. I hope that he is found safe and well! I'm sorry that we were unable to do more to help! X
