- Bailey is now safe in the hands of rescue and already has a forever home lined up...although not technically reunited...we know he is no longer missing and as such we all move onto the next dogs coming in who need our assistance...and wish Bailey a lovely life in his new home.

- Thanks for all your help Maggie!
Thank you Jayne.
Thanks biccy, bazil and Jarvis Cocker.
Spoke with owner this morning. Bailey went missing at 10am on Sunday morning- there have been no reported sightings of him. He was wearing a collar with ID tag and is MICROCHIPPED.
Owner has informed microchip company and dog warden and boundary dog wardens. Have checked that owner has numbers for the holding kennels the dog wardens use.
They have started postering and are going to continue with more posters today.
Hope there is some news of this boy very soon

- Horrible, nasty thieves/person who opened the gate. I hope Bailey is returned safe very soon. Get your posters up asap so people in the area are aware he is missing. They really do help. Good luck xLast edited: 2012-05-29 10:00:59 by BBKM

- Bailey was out in the back garden while his owner was going in and out doing chores yesterday morning, when she went out a while later Bailey had gone and the gate was open. His owner fears that he's been stolen, he couldn't of gotten out of the garden due to them having a 6ft fence, with a gate and put a wheelie bin against it so there is no way that Bailey could of got out! BUT the gate was open when the owner went back out.
They have contacted the police, vets, everywhere they could think of, they have walked and drove around looking for him but hes not been seen.
I will be sending some info and advice in a email and will hopefully get to speak to them tomotrrow after work.
Please keep a look out for him, please share him far and wide, make him a TOO HOT TO HANDLE - thank you - 2012-05-28 21:51 Maggie
