The owners of this dog are aware of where it is now. I'm not sure if they have paid for it's release but this is a comment from Facebook...
" I know the owner, my brothers mate, the dog escaped/ got stolen from a garden with a 6ft fence and we reckon got let loose by the same person who was trying to get the dog took by the RSPCA for it barking. The owner has got to pay the council over £100 to get HER dog back. Why would they wanna keep him all for the sake of money when they know who owns it and they could just return it!"
