- hi all nucca is one of my litter puppies and i have just checked with her owners. i is staying at home in case you goes home and the other has been looking in the common. There have been no sightings in the common as yet. I have been there lunch time as well. WE have already put some posters up, on cars, in pub, hand delivered. there was a sighting early today she had crossed the road towards the pantilies and there was a lot of activity because of a royal visit and was seen going back into the common.WOW just got a call they have found her, thank you everone.

Which part of the Common were you in? From what I've read on here, it's not unusual for dogs to return to where they last were with you or to an area they know - to wait for you. Can you take your car back there?
I'm quite new to Doglost (but addicted) so I've got limited experience but have monitored the journeys to many Reunions from afar. If you haven't already done so, get loads of posters printed out - up on the lamp posts, on the cars that park alongside the Common and hand them out to people on the Common if you can. If the ice-cream van's there, perhaps ask them to put one in the window. Maybe drop a poster into all the pubs and hotels as there may be visitors around who'll use the Common. Maybe the garden centre down by the bridge as it borders the Common and is near the big pond? It will be prime dog-walking time this weekend so hopefully she'll approach other people/dogs if she feels lost/peckish. Good luck - let me know if you need another pair of eyes/ lungs.
