- 'Lizzie' is such a sweet natured girl. When I met her I found it difficult to believe that someone somewhere wasn't desperately searching for her. Very pleased she has found her forever home and well done Sylvia for taking care of 'Lizzie' when you've had so much else going on. xx

- So glad to see 'Lizzie' has found her forever home - I take my hat off to you Sylvia for all you have done for this girl, given the circumstances of the last week.

- I have met this lovely girl while visiting the area a few days ago. She is definitely a cross and not a purebred GWP, and I don't think she is GWPxGSP as she is rather lightly built for that. She looks as if she has something lurchery in the mix. I believe she has a home waiting if not claimed.

- I'm not sure - I don't know G wirehaireds well enough to say whether the pure-bred ones sometimes have patches of smooth hair, but I think she looks like a cross between a G shorthaired and a G wirehaired or maybe she could even have a bit of Korthals Griffon in her. I think if she was mine and I'd lost her, if I saw a listing that said pointer cross I'd check it out,
given what she looks like.
Sylvia, while Googling to see if anyone had reported a lost dog I saw that you found a male GSP in the same area a couple of years ago - I wonder if she is related- its a bit of a coincidence isn't it? I hope someone claims her, unlike him :-(Last edited: 2012-06-06 12:37:36 by reilly - 2012-06-06 10:27 Sylvia
