As a result of emailing my forum members I have received a message from the yorkie and toybreed rescue saying he looks very like one they had from the pound in Kent earlier in the year (April)I would not say they were litter mates as this one is quite young in the poster picture and theirs is a young adult but am putting this here just in case it helps. poor thing, i have 3 shih tzus i would be devastated if one went missing. have shared this, hope his owners can be found xx

He's definitely a Shih Tzu. He looks just like my cousins' one. Does he has an overshot bottom jaw? I've just left a voicemail for them asking if they've lost him. I think he's chipped and tagged though. They live in Tonbridge which isn't exactly around the corner from where this little one was found but not unfeasibly far that he could have picked up by someone and got away or dumped.

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
