- Have found out that the local villian stole shakita. Am having a lot of problems getting the police to act.. They are not doing anything to get shakita home. The theif told me she is limping(a result of expensive surgery to have a pin put in her leg which neded removing)..he offered me cash for her which i refused. He also told me how he is making her nasty by physically fighting her.I have written to my MP asking for him to look at how the police are dealing with this. ANY SUGGESTIONS HOW TO GET MY GIRL HOME PLEASE?

I went into a shop yesterday where there was a stray dog, think it was a staff type breed, black with white marking to chest and some white bits to paws.the shop took it in and i said that i would try and find out if anyone in the area had lost one similar, a bitch i think, in the heath area of cardiff.
Black dog, with white marking to chest and white bits to paws.

- Possible sighting of shakita down opposite the college in rhyfelin. Didn't get news for 6 hrs but went searching immediatly. Imformer said she was looking lost and is for somewhere to stay. She didn't take her in tho as had large dog of her own. She said she looked well, not starving at least, so goodnrss knows where she could be now? Returned to the dog nappers maybey? There are 5 staffies I have heard of from pontypridd that are missing. Do hope its not a fightng ring taking them. Still go to dleep and wake up thinking. Of her. Please someone honest pick her up and hand her in.

- Still not one sighting! Don't know if this is a good or a bad thing? Had an idea to get her more publicity and made friends on facebook with everyone on there that lives in Treforest. Sent them the doglost link and a begging message to share it with all their friends, even if a quarter of them do it will reach 5000 people. Took some time to do but here's hoping it will get me some news. Its the not knowing that's the worst, having nightmares bout her now!xx

- Put more posters up in trehafod, hopkinstown, trallwn, and the common. Getting desperate to find her or have at least one lead.have also crossposted all over face book, gumtree and free ads. Keep thinking I can hear her bark from the house, driving me nuts so have been putting flyers thru doors in direction the consitent barking is comming from. She loved to bark! Oh, Shakita come home! Please give me my baby back who ever has her!

- Its been 8 days now and we have plastered Treforest with posters and the only info they have resulted in is that she was seen the evening she disappeared comming back into the street. She burrowed under the fence after having a verbal row for dirtying in the dinning room, at the moment I feel so guilty for telling her off,she could go anywhere she wants if I just get her home. We were out looking for her within 15 mins, how could she just vanish then? She is so friendly that if anyone approaches her she would go off with them or jump in their car. I can't believe this has happened again, she is my baby and I lost my 14 year old staff from liver disease 4 wks ago so this is a double whammy. Not sleeping and feel like there's a led ballon in my stomach. She was found in Taffs Well when she went off last time, it appears that the 'finder' had took her when she jumped into her car! It was only because she saw some doglost posters in Taffs Well that a kind volunteer must have put up that she eventually decided to return her.we would be ever so grateful if these volunteers could do their magic with the posters again,it saved her last time,so please can anyone help and let me know where they've done so I don't repeat it. I'm going to widen the arae we poster for the next coupla days. I've been told by the warden that any deceased dogs end up through them and are scanned for a chip so I would know if anything awful had happened wouldn't I? I'm just so scared being a staff she has ended up in bad hands this time and is being used for bait or something similar.she is so loving and a softy. Please let this nightmare end soon!
