We've added her to Pixie's Lost Pals on www.whereispixie.co.uk - a site we have set up to try to find another local missing little lost dog in Windlesham. You never know, but fingers crossed the more people that are out there looking, the better. Wish you every success in finding her.

Thank you Linda.. We still have heard no word on where she is or who's got her. :( 2 weeks now... Thank you for thinking of us and Bonnie though :) hope your dog gets better xxxxx
Linda
I have put some posters up around ash vale (apologies for not letting you know it was done but one of my dogs has been quite ill). Have also been telling everyone I meet when out walking so word is getting round. Any areas where you could do with more posters/leaflets through doors?
Amanja
Been speaking to Sarah (Bertie's girlfriend) today. There has still not been any sightings of Bonnie, which is worrying. Bonnie got out of the garden with her mum (who is really missing her), but mum was found in the alley behind the house. An additional dimension is the Bonnie is actually in season at the moment, so I don't know if that means she is more likely to wander?
Sarah has started postering in her local area and is planning on really going to town on this tomorrow. She will put leaflets through doors and also in shops/vets etc in Ash. If there is anyone else in the area who could help out with putting up posters, or leaflets through doors, it would be very much appreciated (Yes, Linda we would like to take you up on your offer). I am flying out on biz this weekend, otherwise I would offer to help with this. In the meantime I am emailing vets, groomers etc in an effort to raise awareness. Bertie and Sarah really need that first sighting so they know where to look for her.
Realised that where Bonnie went missing from is VERY close to a railway line, so I suggested Sarah contact Network Rail to see if there have been any reports of dogs on the lines in the area. She did this and they have advised they don't have any reports at the present time and have given her an incident number. Given the recent poor service provided by NR in relation to other missing dogs on here, I have recommended Sarah call back every other day or so, to make sure any news does get relayed on to her.
Come on Bonnie, show yourself, help us to find you!!

Thank you so much Linda, we have posters too now thanks to Mandi :) so we'll put them up tomorrow. Just hoping my girl will come home soon xxx
Linda
Sorry to hear that Bonnie is missing. I will keep an eye out for her when walking my dogs on the tow path and over the ranges and will pass the word around. I can put up some posters if you need help with that? Anything else I can do please let me know.

Hello Mandi, we have reported her to Tree Tops in Guildford our local dog warden, to the police who refered us to Tree Tops, Posters are being made as we dont have the facilities, I havent rang the vets as didnt think about that but will do tomorrow.
She escaped from our garden along with her mum, but Bonnie wasnt caught.
If there is anything else we can do please let us know.
Thank you, Much apprieciated xx
Amanja
Bertie, so sorry to see Bonnie is lost at the moment. Do you have any more details about what happened (such as where she went missing, if there have been any sightings of her so far) and also what you have done to track her down so far. Have you been putting posters up? If so, where. Have you contacted police, dog warden, vets, rescues etc? Please let us know so we can help out in the most productive way.
Good luck, hope you find the little lady soon.

Sorry to see that BONNIE is missing.
  • If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
  • Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
  • A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (40688)

  • You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
  • Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
  • If your dog has been stolen inform the police immediately and obtain a crime reference number (CRN). Send an email to stolen@doglost.co.uk.
  • If your dog is picked up and taken to rescue kennels, it can be legally re-homed after seven days. Visit rescue centres in person and do not rely on checking by phone alone. Other people may not recognise your dog by your description, so give them a DogLost poster.
