Nearest travellers sites that i know of are harlow by Glaxo's, potton in beds, hemel hempstead. Permanent sites are st albans cheshunt near luton airport and sawbridgeworth. Im sure there are others. Police would not be able to attend and search without a warrant. Ther eis also a showmans ground in Hoddeson.

NE Herts doesn't have any HCC gypsy sites - the nearest one is Stevenage. Essex might be a better bet if you're thinking along those line.

Isn't there a large travellers camp near there? I know when my Cocker went missing from Braintree a couple of years ago, that was one of the places that was checked by local police. Worth a look bearing in mind the breeds of these 3? Becci
