There are too many lists and registers now for lost pets which confuses everyone. Well done for all on doglost that check the other listings regulary and adds the pets details to doglost to collate the info. Because of you this little one has been located nice and quick! X

The fact they have no reunited page sums it up for me....

Wow! How about that! Skippy, you did excellent! No wonder owner is so happy now! That is amazing! Skippy, you need to celebrate - you got this dog home and stopped owners worrying for another week or more! And sadly, from experience, National Pet Register tends to be different from what you would expect, sometimes. Well done. Thanks to San and Jayne too. xxx

Hey Skippy it was down to you sending us the details...owners home number was on chip so non contactable as she was up in london...also the dog wardens and kennels dont have time to check the internet...only our site ...
SanBarn
Ah,that explains why the owner was confused when I phoned. Well done skippy for getting Hunny on the site. And we've gained a new helper! xx

Brilliant!! If only it was this quick all the time!

Sanbarn - apologies for any confusion - I spotted this little one on the National Pet Register a couple of hours ago, and was a bit concerned that with the owners being 'out of area' they may need some local help to get her home. Problem is - I'm not local, so thought it might be a bit random for someone from the northwest to call or text out of the blue. So I emailed admin for advice. Jayne kindly added her to the site and doglost worked its magic. Whilst I have no doubt that National Pet Register or her microchip would have brought her home anyway, it sounds like doglost definitely helped speed the process.
SanBarn
I've had a lovely text from Mo, Hunny's owner and she is going to sign up as a Doglost helper when she goes home. xx
