Thank god she is microchipped. It is such a worry that SO many lost dogs have not been. It makes the job of identifying almost impossible where there is no chip. Watch out for adverts for Bedlington pups. Good luck and god bless from our Beddie lurchers XXLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

No news is bad news I suppose. Would there be any point in one of us advertising that they want a Bedlington? DavidLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I hope Gypsy is found soon poor girl. Do the owners know Gypsy's rough due date? Is the sire also a bedlington? Good luck finding her...x x (Luci 28.1.05)Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Dee for updating me on the post code. Have spoken to owners today, Gypsy was last seen in owners garden, owners believe dog was stolen. This photo is Gypsy and not a look alike. I will be putting up posters as soon as I receive them. I have a strong feeling that this dog has been stollen and will be out of sight for a few weeks. Gypsy is a very nervous dog and timid. Owners are distraught. JustineLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Can I just check, this is still a look-a-like pic, right? Seems white & male. My Harry is a Beddie cross, he is silver grey in colour, probably similar to Gypsy. Any info on what happened here or where she is likely to be? I walk my dogs in Rainham/Upchurch at weekends so will certainly look out for her. I was at Otterham Creek and in Upchurch Villiage on Bank Holiday Monday but no sign there. Do we know exactly where she went from? Such a worry that the poor thing is heavily pregnant too. I hope she has found somewhere safe. Come home soon Gypsy, safe and sound xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Sorry that was Leo, 25.4.05. in his pic he is 'clean shaven' they normally have a great fluffy bit left on their nose up through their eyes which makes them look roman nosed. Dolly 6.2.05Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just looked up Bedlington on the net as not sure what they look like- they sort of look like large poodles- I expect I will now get lynched by beddlington owners- but thought it might help any one looking- found lookalikes(but white) on this site http://www.totoro.org/jen/lambchop/ Hope that may help JaneLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
