- Not sure but I think you may mean Northiam which is a little way outside Rye. Blackland wood is imbetween Peasmarsh and Broad Oak. It's got to be worth checking with the Blue Cross which has a centre in Northiam. If Moss has been found by anyone local she would most likely be handed in there as they are open Sunday mornings.
