Markangela, Babbington are open from 9am you will need to take ID with you and tke some pictutes too just incase. You will need to pay a reclaim fee to kennels to get her out. Someone is normally answering phones from 8:45am

Markangela, ring Babbington to say that you've had a message that Meg may have been taken there and then you can find out the opening hours and if you need to take any ID with you. Because she's got no microchip I would take some photos just in case, or tell them to have a look on here!!

Thanks so much for your help everybody. We found Megs collar at the end of the road so she has no collar on. We had a phone call from a lady in the next street (she saw one of our posters) who found a Cairn Terrier and told us that Erewash Dog Warden picked her up. We have been calling the number for Erewash Dog Wardens since she went missing but can't get an answer.
Had a text saying Erewash Dog Warden took a dog matching her description into Babbington Rescue Centre so hoping that is her. Does anyone know if we can just go there and pick her up? Do we need to prove who we are etc?

Thanks again.Last edited: 2012-07-15 21:39:17 by Markangela

Spoke to owner, he has tried DW but has not made contact yet. He has started postering local area and has contacted local vet and will try local rescues tomorrow. I have suggested local radio and local paper.
