- Ive spoken with Jenners, this spaniel has been taken in to Cheltenham dogs home, an Owner has come forward , but now wont be able to collect the dog until tomorrow now. If only people would have a disc on their dogs WHICH BY THE WAY IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT , he would have been home by now with his family, insted he is in a lonely kennel . Its also wasted jenners time too trying to locate the owner !!Huge Thanks Jenners by the way xx When will people learn eh ??
