- So pleased to hear that this little one's owner has come forward and claimed her, and has the relevant paperwork to prove she's not 'type' - hopefully she will now be chipped.
Welcome home little one, stay safe now xx - 2012-07-21 19:23 lesleyjane
- Great news, but scary to hear that she was likely to be pts as a pit-bull "type" when clearly, as owners had paperwork, she was not. This law is so stupid ( and that's being polite!)

- Thanks everyone for helping find her owners, she is one very lucky girl. I've uploaded her photo from fb.
It is really important that dogs are CHIPPED and any relevant paperwork is kept to hand in case needed, especially with staffie crosses which could be classed as 'Type' if picked up. Stray kennels are over run with staffies and they can be hard to rehome.
Have the greatest of pleasure in moving her into the BLUE, she is gorgeous. Hope she has now been chipped which sure her family have done. :)x - 2012-07-21 13:55 AnnieSparky

- I know this is a long shot, and probably a daft question, but is this dog definitely female? There's a brindle and white Staffy male in the lost section - ID41336 - registered three days ago. Different area a few miles from the found one but maybe worth checking? I do hope someone claims this little one, I hate to think of her/him being pts.

- Is anyone looking for this little girl? This is being posted on Facebook so am creating a page for her.
Brindle & white with collar but no ID approximately 12 months old.
Bolton council have apparently said they will destroy her in 7 days (Monday if not claimed).
